Professor Khalid Khan recently founded the multicountry multistakeholder expert panel consensus on how to improve clinical trial integrity. The panel experts represent 14 countries from 5 continents and cover in their experience the entire lifecycle of clinical trials.

 The stakeholders include trialists, ethicists, methodologists, statisticians, consumer representative, industry representative, systematic reviewers, funding body panel members, regulatory experts, authors, journal editors, peer-reviewers and advisors for resolving integrity concerns. The group has produced an international consensus statement on clinical trial integrity and post-publication issues in clinical trials.
